My blue mountains - Cootamundra!
The choir is singing... I finally got a picture off flicker. This has been one of the most tedious net experiences I've every had. It should be easier! I think this is where I gave up in Learning 2.0 during my first attempt at completing the exercise.

Emmy in her Barbie Bed
This photo was taken a couple of years ago. Emmy is now 15 years old, has a heart condition and is a cancer survivor. This photo was taken at her Nanny and Pops!Recipe. I love Florentines!!
Florentine Biscuits
¾ cup sultanas
2 cups cornflakes
¾ cup peanuts/chopped
½ cup red glace cherries (100 grams)
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
Mix all ingredients together.
On baking paper spread 5cms apart.
Cook 8-10 minutes or until brown at 170 degree Celsius.
Let cool on tray before peeling off.
If the Florentines stick to the baking paper try another brand of baking paper.
Topping - Melt 150 grams dark chocolate and spread on biscuits when they are cool.
